A complete research and development project for a new sales portal for the largest telecommunications company in Brazil, with more than 72 million customers. To be able to connect people and the company’s vision in offering its products through relevant and transformative solutions for its consumers. With the challenge of trying to understand their difficulties and expectations in the search for a portal that was simple, easy and direct. And it ended up being the result of a lot of research and effort by an incredible team of designers from Huge, of which I was part. From data collection, group dynamics, visits to customer homes, stores and designing interfaces and portal pages.
